Project Overview: 237 Waterford Rd, Ellen Grove Childcare site was an off-market purchase. Once completed it will be an 86-place childcare centre in the South of Brisbane. A long-term lease agreement has been established with reputable childcare operator Gardenia Early Learning. 

Involvement: RM Developments is undertaking the development delivery, as both the owner and development manager.
