Project Overview: A 3,500 square metre bulky goods warehouse development in the heart of the Bundaberg Airport industrial precinct. Stage 1 is anchored by key national tenants Fantastic Furniture and Original Mattress Factory (OMF). Lease enquiries are being taken on Stage 2, which offers a further 3,500 square metres of bulky goods warehouse space.

Involvement: RM Developments undertook all development management and construction superintendency services, inclusive of tenant management and fit-out.
