Timeline: Practical Completion of KFC was achieved in September 2024. Stage Two is now in planning.

Project Overview: A $8 million fast food restaurant and premium car wash and dog wash. A key corner site with high exposure fronting Dawson Highway and opposite major national tenants including Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse, Dan Murphy’s and BCF. The site will deliver a new modern KFC with drive-thru for ASX listed Collins Food Limited and provide surrounding residents with convenience based retail and amenity.   

Involvement: RM Developments undertaking the development delivery, as both the owner and development manager.
