Timeline: Construction completed in October 2024 with tenants operational ahead of the busy Christmas trading period.

Project Overview: A 3,500 square metre bulky goods warehouse development in the heart of the Bundaberg Airport industrial precinct. Stage 2 will be anchored by a key national tenant. Lease enquiries are being taken on 300 – 1,500m2 opportunities.

Involvement: RM Developments is undertaking all development management and construction superintendency services, inclusive of tenant management and fit-out.
